Fueron numerosas las preguntas, especialmente desde el grupo americano, para desentra\u00f1ar a\u00fan m\u00e1s los entresijos\u00a0sobre\u00a0 su elaboraci\u00f3n y especial sabor. Un conocido periodista de viajes de Brasil se ofreci\u00f3\u00a0voluntario, armado de un martillo,\u00a0 para\u00a0desplegar el ritual de descorchado de una botella cubierta por las huellas del oleaje y organismos marinos, como si fuera sacada de un gale\u00f3n hundido en el Caribe.\u00a0Tanto el vino blanco como el tinto\u00a0fueron favoritos por igual al decantarse cada mesa por uno de ellos.
