{"id":2891,"date":"2015-08-31T14:54:09","date_gmt":"2015-08-31T14:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com.com\/blog\/?p=694"},"modified":"2020-06-11T10:22:41","modified_gmt":"2020-06-11T08:22:41","slug":"maridaje-entre-rolls-royce-y-txakoli-de-bodegas-de-galdames","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/fr\/maridaje-entre-rolls-royce-y-txakoli-de-bodegas-de-galdames\/","title":{"rendered":"Maridaje entre Rolls-Royce y Txakol\u00ed \u00ab\u00a0Torre Loizaga\u00a0\u00bb de Bodegas de Galdames"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tal es la propuesta derivada de una iniciativa de los hermanos propietarios de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinasulibarria.com\/index.php\">\u00ab\u00a0Bodegas de Galdames\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> donde elaboran en <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Vi\u00f1a Sulibarr\u00eda\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> el txakol\u00ed \u00ab\u00a0Torre Loizaga\u00a0\u00bb, por la cual los participantes podr\u00e1n, por un lado, disfrutar de la <strong>Colecci\u00f3n Miguel de la V\u00eda <\/strong>de coches cl\u00e1sicos y Rolls-Royce y, por otro, adentrarse en los procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n del vino e iniciarse en la degustaci\u00f3n y maridaje con los alimentos en la propia Vi\u00f1a.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sull.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-613\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sull-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"sull\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDe acuerdo a las palabras de la Oficina de Turismo de las Encartaciones\/Enkarterri, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitenkarterri.com\/\">Enkartur<\/a>, <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bodegas de Galdames es una moderna bodega en la que la Familia Sulibarria elabora sus txakolis perteneciendo a la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Bizkaiko Txakolina. Sus vi\u00f1edos se encuentran en dos barrios de Galdames; en el de Concejuelo junto a Torre Loizaga y en el de Valdibian junto al hist\u00f3rico molino de Valdibian. Torre Loizaga da nombre a los dos txakolis m\u00e1s potentes de su bodega; Torre de Loizaga \u00ab\u00a0Bigarren\u00a0\u00bb galardonado con la medalla de bronce en el International Wine Guide 2012, siendo el de mayor producci\u00f3n de la bodega, y Torre de Loizaga<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0Selecci\u00f3n\u00a0\u00bb, tambi\u00e9n galardonado con Medalla de Plata en el International Wine Guide 2012, obtenido de una vendimia seleccionada con una compleja fermentaci\u00f3n. La bodega produce tambi\u00e9n un tercer txakoli denominado Errota Zaharra en referencia al Molino de Valdibian y a la antigua relaci\u00f3n de los harineros de Bizkaia con el txakoli\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sull4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-616\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sull4-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"sull4\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nTenemos el honor de compartir con la familia Sulibarr\u00eda un galard\u00f3n otorgado por el diario DEIA -Hemendik Saria- que premia la contribuci\u00f3n de las personas y empresas al desarrollo de la comunidad, en este caso la comarca de Encartaciones\/Enkarterri. Durante la entrega, en 2013, declaraba Unai Sulibarr\u00eda que aspiraban a crecer a un p\u00fablico m\u00e1s amplio -Euskadi, Madrid, Barcelona e internacional- raz\u00f3n por la cual ten\u00edan que sacar el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento de sus parcelas, algo conseguido hoy en d\u00eda ya que han completado 5 Ha de plantaciones en las mejores parcelas<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/PEQUE\u00d1O.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-707\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/PEQUE\u00d1O-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"PEQUE\u00d1O\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nLos interesados en acudir a este maridaje de coches y vino, muy presente en pa\u00edses de tradici\u00f3n vin\u00edcola de Europa y Am\u00e9rica, deber\u00e1n acudir los <strong>Jueves<\/strong> a la localidad c\u00e1ntabra de Castro Urdiales a las 10.30 para el traslado en autob\u00fas a la Torre de Loizaga, donde tras una visita aproximada de hora y media, nos desplazaremos a la vi\u00f1a colindante para proceder a la cata-maridaje.
