Por este motivo \u00ab\u00a0Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts&rsquo; Club\u00a0\u00bb (RREC) reunir\u00e1 a partir del 20 de junio a m\u00e1s de 60 coches provenientes de Europa y Estados Unidos en Burghley House, propiedad de los marqueses de Exeter. Torre Loizaga se hace eco de esta celebraci\u00f3n ya que cuatro ejemplares Silver Cloud forman parte de la Colecci\u00f3n Miguel de la V\u00eda.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/scrolls.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-623\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/scrolls-300x224.gif\" alt=\"scrolls\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Family-Now-West-Front.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-624\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Family-Now-West-Front-300x195.jpg\" alt=\"Family-Now-West-Front\" width=\"300\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEl a\u00f1o 1955 marc\u00f3 un hito en la historia de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda con la introducci\u00f3n del Silver Cloud, contempor\u00e1neo de los Phantom IV y del posterior Phantom V. Cuatro a\u00f1os de trabajo de dise\u00f1o y de pruebas consiguieron dar un digno sucesor al Silver Dawn, introduciendo unos de los coches m\u00e1s elegantes de la \u00e9poca, con equilibrada carrocer\u00eda de acero de formas redondeadas que no evidenciaba a simple vista el enorme tama\u00f1o del coche. La progresivas mejoras en aspectos mec\u00e1nicos y de confort avalaban el prestigio del que fuera calificado por la prensa como uno de los mejores coches del mundo, deseado por un buen n\u00famero de celebridades de Hollywood.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_628\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC00138.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-628\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-628\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC00138-300x211.jpg\" alt=\"Silver Cloud I. Torre Loizaga<\/p><\/div>\n<p>En 1959 ver\u00eda la luz el Silver Cloud II que ostenta un grado de refinamiento y prestaciones m\u00e1s avanzado respecto a su predecesor. A modo de an\u00e9cdota y en referencia al \u00e9xito que cosech\u00f3 este modelo en los Estados Unidos, cabe mencionar que fue all\u00ed donde se acu\u00f1o el famoso slogan: \u201cA 60 mph, el m\u00ednimo ruido que se puede o\u00edr en este nuevo Rolls-Royce proviene del reloj el\u00e9ctrico\u201d. Lo que motiv\u00f3 que la firma se pusiera manos a la obra para corregir ese \u201cfallo\u201d. \u00daltimo Rolls-Royce en ser fabricado con chasis separado, el Silver Cloud fue el principal veh\u00edculo fabricado en Crewe, desde abril de 1955 hasta marzo de 1966.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_627\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC00132-1-II61.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-627\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-627\" src=\"https:\/\/torreloizaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/DSC00132-1-II61-300x183.jpg\" alt=\"Silver Cloud II. Torre Loizaga<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Finalmente, el Silver Cloud III apareci\u00f3 en 1962 como fruto de los diferentes cambios efectuados sobre el Silver Cloud II. Se distingue de los predecesores por lucir por primera vez cuatro faros delanteros dobles, dispuestos en una l\u00ednea similar a los utilizados en el posterior modelo Silver Shadow.
