ROLLS-ROYCE EN MOBILITY CITY<\/h2>\n

Mobility City<\/a>\u00a0es un espacio dedicado a la movilidad sostenible en Zaragoza. Esta\u00a0 iniciativa de Fundaci\u00f3n Ibercaja se aloja en el espectacular puente-pabell\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado por Zaha Hadid sobre el r\u00edo Ebro.<\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n, Mobility City se ha convertido en un espectacular escaparate para Rolls-Royce, con una exposici\u00f3n que re\u00fane un total de 16 joyas de la marca brit\u00e1nica y que podr\u00e1 verse hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de febrero de 2025.<\/p>\n

La exposici\u00f3n cuenta la historia de Rolls-Royce uniendo sus piezas m\u00e1s exclusivas- de algunos solo se fabricaron 200 unidades a nivel mundial- con los personajes hist\u00f3ricos con los que guardan relaci\u00f3n. Un recorrido a lo largo del siglo XX hasta el a\u00f1o 2023, que ofrecer\u00e1 a los visitantes un viaje a trav\u00e9s de la historia del autom\u00f3vil y de la alta sociedad.<\/p>\n

Los inicios de Rolls-Royce se representan con el modelo \u201cTwenty\u201d, fabricado entre 1922 y 1929 por sus fundadores, Charles Rolls y Henry Royce.<\/p>\n

En la muestra, se pueden apreciar grandes cl\u00e1sicos como la limusina Silver Ghost de la d\u00e9cada de 1920, que marc\u00f3 un hito en la industria automotriz, y que fue el elegido por el 36\u00ba Maraj\u00e1 de Jodhpur (India) para formar parte de su dote matrimonial con la princesa de Rewa. Entre sus accesorios m\u00e1s destacados, est\u00e1n el volante de marfil o la bocina con forma de boa.<\/p>\n

VEH\u00cdCULOS DE LA REALEZA<\/h2>\n

Cada coche en la exposici\u00f3n no solo destaca por su dise\u00f1o y avances t\u00e9cnicos, sino que tambi\u00e9n cuenta una historia fascinante relacionada con distintas figuras influyentes en la historia mundial. Por ejemplo, uno de los modelos est\u00e1 relacionado con Lawrence de Arabia, quien fue a la Primera Guerra Mundial a bordo de uno de los mejores autom\u00f3viles de todos los tiempos, el Rolls-Royce Armoured Car, la versi\u00f3n militar del legendario Silver Ghost, capaz de recorrer cientos de kil\u00f3metros por el desierto sin aver\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Otro veh\u00edculo que perteneci\u00f3 a la realeza, y que puede verse en Mobility City, es la lujosa limusina Silver Wraith Sedanca, que form\u00f3 parte de la flota de la Casa Real Brit\u00e1nica. La Reina Isabel II utiliz\u00f3 en infinidad de ocasiones ejemplares de Rolls-Royce, estableciendo una larga relaci\u00f3n entre la monarqu\u00eda brit\u00e1nica y la marca. Una de las caracter\u00edsticas de este modelo son sus particulares rasgos realizados a medida, como asientos tapizados en tela, ausencia de cromados en las puertas y de placas de matr\u00edcula y un soporte en el techo donde luce el Escudo de Armas Real.<\/p>\n

ROLLS ROYCE Y EL MUNDO ART\u00cdSTICO<\/h2>\n

El cine tambi\u00e9n tiene su presencia en esta exposici\u00f3n con el modelo Rolls-Royce Phantom II, que aparece en la pel\u00edcula Indiana Jones y la \u00daltima Cruzada, o el Phantom III, en la pel\u00edcula Goldfinger, donde James Bond esconde un dispositivo para localizar a su villano. No pod\u00eda faltar tampoco en la muestra el Rolls-Royce Phantom 2017, buque insignia actual de la marca fabricado a mano. Popular entre estrellas de Hollywood por permitir desplazamientos seguros, c\u00f3modos y lujosos. Actores como Tom Cruise han a\u00f1adido el imponente Phantom a sus colecciones personales.<\/p>\n

A los personajes hist\u00f3ricos se une uno de los referentes del pop art, Andy Warhol con su Silver Shadow Coupe, en una \u00e9poca en que se produjo un cambio de imagen de Rolls-Royce para aumentar su popularidad entre artistas, m\u00fasicos y estrellas de cine entre los a\u00f1os 60 y 70.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s del arte, los veh\u00edculos expuestos tambi\u00e9n hacen referencia a figuras del deporte actual, como el delantero del Manchester United, Marcus Rashford, quien sufri\u00f3 un grave percance con su Wraith valorado en 800.000 euros.<\/p>\n

Cada autom\u00f3vil se presenta con una descripci\u00f3n detallada de su historia y su contexto, incluyendo las haza\u00f1as o contribuciones del personaje que lo posey\u00f3. De esta forma, la exposici\u00f3n no solo es un viaje por la evoluci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o y la tecnolog\u00eda de Rolls-Royce, sino tambi\u00e9n un recorrido por momentos clave de la historia mundial, donde estos veh\u00edculos fueron testigos silenciosos de eventos trascendentales.<\/p>\n

La exposici\u00f3n \u201cLa historia tras el mito\u201d es una narrativa viva que conecta el pasado con el presente, mostrando c\u00f3mo los Rolls-Royce han sido, y siguen siendo, un reflejo del poder, el \u00e9xito y el legado de algunas de las personas m\u00e1s influyentes del mundo.<\/p>\n
